Kartik Goyani

Kartik Goyani is an experienced professional in the field of operations and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Metro Development Group since March 2007, where previous responsibilities included the role of Project Manager. Kartik also contributed to community initiatives as a Board Member of the North Tampa Bay Chamber from January 2018 to December 2023 and as a Board Member for the Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel Foundation from January 2017 to December 2019. Prior to these roles, Kartik was Director of Land Operations at Lennar Homes, LLC from January 2004 to February 2007. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University, a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from COEP Technological University.
