Nancy Picciolo

Nancy Picciolo has extensive experience in customer service and security roles. Currently, Nancy serves as a Customer Service Cashier at Metro Grocery since November 2016 and has been a Personal Caregiver since July 2016 while also working as a Security Guard for Knights On Guard Protective Services since February 2015. Previous roles include a Collector at DCA and a Collections Officer at Financial Debt Recovery Limited, along with a significant period at Shoppers Drug Mart as a Beauty Expert and Customer Service Specialist between 2006 and 2013. Nancy holds a security license, CPR certification, and Smart Serve certification, all obtained in 2013, and graduated from Francis Libermann High School in 1984.
