Andrey Fedyukov

Andrey Fedyukov is a seasoned software engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in backend development and web services. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at METRO Markets GmbH since December 2021, Andrey focuses on search and recommendations. As the owner and developer of Softpile Inc. since May 1998, Andrey has successfully created and operated a shareware and freeware archive. Previous ventures include founding Carteka, which developed a service for monitoring used car prices, and co-founding Wake Up Studios, where Andrey served as Executive Producer. Earlier experience includes roles at Mirafox as a PHP Backend Developer and ElcomSoft Co. Ltd. as Head of Web Development. Andrey began a career as a Shareware Developer in 1998, eventually earning a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Novosibirsk State University in 2002.
