MacKy Vitug

Macky Vitug currently serves as the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Lead and Employee Engagement Head at Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation since July 2022, focusing on employee welfare and organizational assessments. Prior to this role, Macky held various HR positions at GOLDEN ABC, Inc., and Smart Communications, Inc., leading initiatives in employee engagement, communication, and talent management. Macky's career also includes experience in implementing employee relations programs and internal communication strategies at Sun Cellular. Macky is pursuing a Leadership and Management Development Program at Ateneo Graduate School of Business and has a degree in Nursing from Manila Central University.
