Gunduz Bayer

Gunduz Bayer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as CEO of Metro Properties Turkey and Vice President for the Asia region at METRO PROPERTIES since May 1998. In addition to these roles, Gunduz Bayer has also held the position of Managing Director for Turkey and the Asia region, overseeing real estate operations across several countries, including China, Japan, India, Vietnam, and Pakistan. Prior to these roles, Gunduz Bayer served as Managing Director at METRO Group Asset Management Turkey from May 1998 to December 2009. Gunduz Bayer holds a degree in Business Economics from Hohenheim University and studied at Merz Schule in Stuttgart, Germany.
