George Melo

George Melo has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. George started their career in 1987 as an Accounting Supervisor at Mayfair Foodtown Supermarkets, where they supervised a team of four accountants. From 1996 to 2000, they worked as a Senior Accountant at Hovnanian Enterprises, where they supervised three junior accountants and prepared budgets for new communities.

In 2000, George joined Newark Airport as a Parking Accounting Systems manager, overseeing a staff of 30 and reporting on revenue of over $75 million per year. George then moved on to Five Star Parking Newark Airport as an Accounting Manager from 2002 to 2005.

From 2005 to 2008, George worked at Accounttemps- Companies, maintaining and controlling all functions of the Timberline System and providing account analysis. George then joined Sims Metal Management in 2008 as a Senior Accountant, managing intercompany accounts and reconciling multiple bank accounts.

In 2013, George joined Metro Public Adjustment, Inc. as a Claims Representative, educating and protecting homeowners and businesses regarding insurance policies. Throughout their time at Metro Public Adjustment, they held various positions including Regional Manager/Recruiter and Regional Vice President.

Most recently, since 2017, George has been working at LS & IDS as a Network Marketer, helping families and businesses discover affordable access to legal advice and counsel. George also teaches others how to become successful in the industry.

George's extensive work experience demonstrates their expertise in accounting, management, claims representation, and network marketing.

George Melo attended Rutgers University from 1983 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Later, from 2013 to 2017, they pursued further education at Metro University, acquiring certification as a Corporate Certified Trainer in the field of Public Adjustment/Teaching.
