Janice Arbital

Janice Arbital is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event management and public adjustment. Currently serving as an Event Manager and part-time Executive Assistant at the National Police Defense Foundation since March 2017, Janice has also held the position of Regional Manager at Metro Public Adjustment, Inc. since April 2013, focused on educating and protecting policyholders while maximizing claim amounts. Prior roles include Instructional Assistant at Matawan Aberdeen Middle School, supporting children with special needs, and Benefits Administrator at Newark Airport Marriott, where Janice managed the benefits for 600 employees. Janice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Travel, and Tourism from Montclair State University.
