Charlie Mitchell

Charlie Mitchell has extensive experience in real estate and consulting, currently serving as a Referral Specialist at Metro Referral Associates, Inc. since May 2014. As the Founder/Owner of SHRM Lehigh Valley Student Chapter Alumni, Charlie facilitates professional development and networking for local graduates. Charlie operates CharlieWorkS, providing temporary staffing and consulting services, and has worked with various staffing agencies in diverse roles since 2002. Previous roles include Independent Real Estate Professional at Century 21 Ramos Realty and Prudential Patt, White Real Estate, as well as a LinkedIn Liaison Officer for the SHRM LV Student Chapter. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from DeSales University, a Paralegal Certificate from Penn State University, and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Pierce College.
