Shashank Dhall

Shashank Dhall has extensive experience in the field of analytics and business intelligence. Shashank has held various roles in different companies, starting with Interocean Shipping (I) Pvt. Ltd., where they worked as a Shipping Executive, conducting research and analysis on crude oil products and providing market intelligence to clients. Shashank then joined Evalueserve as a Senior Business Analyst, specializing in data analytics and delivering strategic insights on procurement and supply chain scenarios. At Accenture, Shashank worked as an Analytics Advisory Specialist, utilizing their expertise in Tableau, data mining tools, SQL, and Python to develop BI solutions for clients. Shashank also contributed to reducing spend through collaboration between technical and business teams. As a Sr. Consultant at VizXdata Solutions, Shashank designed and developed end-to-end BI solutions for clients using various platforms, including Tableau, Qlikview, SAP BI, and Microsoft BI. Shashank further honed their skills at Barrick Gold Corporation, where they served as a BI and Reporting Specialist, creating Tableau dashboards on AWS infrastructure to enhance operational transparency and efficiency at mine sites. Prior to their current role as Director of Analytics at Metro Supply Chain, Shashank worked as a Data Analytics and BI Specialist at Bantrel, leading the development of BI and Analytics platforms and data lake architectures using Microsoft Azure. In their current role, they lead a team of data scientists, data engineers, and BI developers to solve complex analytical problems and promote data-driven strategies. Overall, Shashank's work experience demonstrates their expertise in analytics, BI development, data transformation, and visualization using various tools and platforms.

Shashank Dhall completed their education in a sequential manner. Shashank started with their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Kurukshetra University, which they pursued from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing & IT from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to these higher education degrees, Shashank completed their Science Non-Medical degree at St. Mark's Senior Secondary Public School between 1989 and 2003, with a specialization in Engineering Science.
