Sarah Tabassum

Sarah Tabassum is an experienced professional in the hospitality and human resources sectors. Currently serving as a Hospitality Coach at OHI - We Are Hospitality since June 2023, Sarah focuses on connecting the hospitality industry with youth and fostering the development of future professionals. At the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Sarah has held several roles since November 2014, culminating in the position of People and Culture Manager, with prior experience as a Human Resources Generalist, Coordinator, and Corporate Receptionist. Sarah's early career included a Human Resources Administrative Internship at the same venue and a role as Volunteer Leadership Coordinator at the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Academically, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from York University and a Post-Graduate certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Operations Management from Humber College.
