Courtney Kaelin

Courtney Kaelin is an experienced database manager currently serving as the Manager of Databases at Metro United Way, a position held since August 2022. Responsibilities include supporting annual campaign activities, overseeing the RFP/Grant process, and maintaining data integrity within the Andar database. Prior experience includes roles as Donor Database Coordinator at The Parklands of Floyds Fork, where Courtney led a database transition, and as Ticketing + Communications Associate at the Louisville Ballet, managing Box Office operations and enhancing customer service. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Louisville.
