Liza Colon-Flores

Liza Colon-Flores is an experienced professional in community services and support, currently serving as a Bilingual Resident Services Coordinator at Metro West Housing Solutions since February 2017. In this role, Liza is responsible for coordinating services and programs for residents, facilitating life skills trainings, and managing community outreach efforts. Liza has also held various positions at Jefferson County since August 2007, including Resource Navigator and Family Support Worker, where responsibilities included customer service, case management, and resource referrals. Earlier experiences include working as an Intake Eligibility Specialist at Jefferson County Community Assistance and as an Income Maintenance Technician at Boulder County Department of Housing and Human Services. Liza holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Interamerican University San German and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
