Wilber Nauto

Wilber Nauto has a diverse work experience in various supply chain and logistics roles. Wilber started their career as a Supervisor of Distribution Centers and Warehouses at Santillana in 2007, where they were responsible for coordinating activities and managing budgets. In 2008, they joined Diseño y Color S.A. as the Head of Warehouse and Transportation, where they developed manuals and directed distribution supervisors. Later, in 2009, they became the Head of Warehouses and Distribution at Coats, overseeing activities such as storage, dispatch, and handling customer complaints. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Grupo el Comercio - Perú Dataimagenes SAC as the Head of Logistic Operations, responsible for profitability, budgeting, and sales targets. Wilber then joined Vallealto - Pro Valle Alimentos SAC in 2017 as a Supply Chain Manager, handling various responsibilities such as procurement, inventory management, and distribution planning. Most recently, they have been working as the Head of Supply Chain at Metrocolor S.A since 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Logistics Teacher at SENATI from 2015 to 2016. Overall, Wilber Nauto has gained extensive experience in supply chain management, logistics operations, and leadership roles throughout their career.

Wilber Nauto began their education at Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, where they pursued a Bachiller degree in Industrial Engineering from 1999 to 2006. In 2007, they attended Centro de Capacitación Empresarial - CCL, where they obtained a Diplomatura in Logistics Management, Materials Management, and Supply Chain. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they studied Business International at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.

In addition to their formal education, Wilber Nauto has also obtained various certifications. In 2009, they received certification in SAP from Coats. In 2019, they completed the Auditor HACCP program at Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina. Later, in 2021, they obtained certifications as Auditor BASC from BASC PERÚ and as an OEA- Operador Económico Autorizado from SUNAT. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained a certification in Agile Project Management with Scrum and Kanban from CENTRUM PUCP. Wilber also has a certification in Logistics and Warehouse Management, although the details of the institution are not provided.
