Alexandra Castillo

Alexandra Castillo is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in gas and crude oil trading. Currently serving as a Gas Contracts Analyst at MetroGAS since May 2018, Alexandra has previously held positions as a Senior Analyst of Foreign Trade at Oil Combustibles S.A. and as a Crude Oil and Products Trader at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A., where responsibilities included negotiating trade terms and managing logistics for oil deliveries across multiple regions. Earlier roles included Logistic and International Trade Analyst at PDVSA, a Corrosion Intern at AM7 Ingeniería & Servicios, S.A., and a Safety, Health & Environment Intern at DuPont. Alexandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Engineering with a major in Metallurgy from Universidad Simón Bolívar, obtained in 2008.
