Cynthia Sabrina Gonzalez

Cynthia Sabrina Gonzalez holds a degree in Ingeniería en Sistemas Informáticos from Universidad Abierta Interamericana and has extensive experience in SAP application management and project leadership. At MetroGAS since October 2012, Cynthia has served as Responsable Gestión de Aplicaciones SAP IS-U y SAP CRM, overseeing incident management and demand management in billing, collections, accounting, and customer service areas. Additionally, Cynthia has led teams in SAP-CRM migration projects, implemented SAP IS-U solutions, and provided training for users and consultants. Prior roles at Swiss Medical Group and Truelogic Software involved project management, functional analysis, and requirement specifications across various software projects.
