Rishabh Pathak

Rishabh Pathak has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software engineering and network operations. Rishabh started their career in 2016 as a Senior Analyst at HCL Technologies, where they provided support for Bank of America Enterprise Voice and worked on Cisco Contact Center configuration. From 2018 to 2019, Pathak worked as a Network Administrator at Microland Limited, handling network operations and support for Indigo's airport operations across India. In 2020, they joined Blueface, a Comcast Business Company, as a Level 3 Network Engineer, providing network and product support for UCaaS portal. Prior to their current role, Pathak worked at IP Telecom as a VoIP Engineer, where they conducted system monitoring, testing, and upgrades.
