Justin Fornelli

Justin Fornelli is currently serving as the Chief of Program Delivery at Metrolink, overseeing the delivery of capital programs such as the SCORE Program. Prior to their current role, Justin held positions at San Bernardino Associated Governments, North County Transit District, Parsons Brinckerhoff, and Salaber Associates. Justin graduated from the University of California, Davis with a BS in Civil Engineering in 1999.
