Chuck Gantt

Chuck Gantt is the Vice President and General Manager of the Greenville, Charlotte and Spartanburg production facilities. Ever heard the phrase “speak softly and carry a big stick,”? That’s Chuck’s leadership style in a nutshell. He may not be the loudest guy in the room but when he speaks everyone listens. With more than 22 years of experience in engineering and construction the majority of which has been spent with Metromont, he knows this business like the back of his hand. And we rely on his expertise for everything from corporate strategies to the production process to field management. Chuck’s knowdledge and experience has allowed him to safely streamline the production process while increasing quality making him one of the most respected General Managers in our industry. When Chuck isn’t overseeing the day-to-day operations at one of the three plants he manages, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing.
