Dawn Allen, MBA, is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Metromont Corporation since January 2019, previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Pierburg - Rheinmetall Automotive, where responsibilities encompassed diverse HR functions such as compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development across multiple sites in South Carolina and Michigan. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Human Resources Manager at Shakespeare Composite Structures, HR Manager at Milliken & Company, and earlier roles focusing on industrial engineering, showcasing a comprehensive background in HR management and operational leadership.
