Michele Ball

Michele Ball, PMP, has over 20 years of diverse experience in program operations, project management, and administrative support within various organizations. Currently serving as Program Operations at Metron Aviation, Inc. since June 2006, Michele is responsible for managing deliverables, financial analysis, labor compliance, and contract administration, while also leading training for new Project Managers. Prior to this role, Michele held positions at Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., HVB Capital Markets, Aceto Corporation, Kent Sporting Goods, and Consumer Ohio Water Company, demonstrating a strong background in operational efficiency and process improvement. Michele earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Youngstown State University.
