Heather Morgan

Heather Morgan is an experienced project manager with a strong background in program analysis and coordination. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Metronome since August 2023, previous roles include Project Manager at Missing Link Security and Program Analyst at NES Associates, LLC. Heather has a history of collaborating closely with project managers to manage project status and develop management strategies, in addition to overseeing various aspects of project scheduling and staffing. With additional experience at companies such as Spry Methods, Inc., RoundTable Defense LLC, and Strategic Operational Solutions, Heather has developed skills in strategic recommendations, acquisition documentation, and candidate onboarding processes. Education was pursued at Northern Virginia Community College from 2009 to 2012.
