Mikhail Panchenko

Mikhail Panchenko is a founding engineer at Metronome. Mikhail was previously a senior director and lead architect for site engineering at New Relic, Inc. from November 2015 to September 2020. Mikhail was responsible for the platform that supported NR's migration to the public cloud. Before that, they were the CTO and co-founder of Opsmatic from March 2013 to October 2015. Mikhail conceived and designed much of the product, wrote backend, frontend, and infrastructure code, hired and managed engineers, and promoted the product by writing blog posts and presenting at conferences. Mikhail also raised funding alongside the other two co-founders. From September 2010 to December 2012, they were an infrastructure engineer at Urban Airship (SimpleGeo).

Mikhail Panchenko has a degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
