Paulin Laberge is a seasoned consultant and executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Planning Consultant at BLUECASE Strategic Partners since April 2020 and a Certified Metronomics Coach at Metronomics since September 2019, Paulin focuses on enhancing organizational performance and supporting growth-minded CEOs. As President of Laberge and Associates Consulting Ltd. since 2008, Paulin specializes in coaching technology CEOs and facilitating executive team integration. Previous roles include CEO at iCompass Technologies, which was recognized as a leader in SaaS solutions for local government, and Chairman and CEO at CON-SPACE Communications, a developer of public safety products. Paulin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
