Mathieu Klein has held various significant positions in public service and social governance since 2000. Currently serving as the Maire de Nancy and President of both Métropole du Grand Nancy and the Haut Conseil du travail social (HCTS), Mathieu Klein has demonstrated a strong commitment to local governance and social equity. Previous roles include serving as President of the Conseil départemental de Meurthe-et-Moselle, where responsibilities included vice-presidential duties related to education and citizen innovation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sociology from Université Nancy 2 and a Bachelor's degree in Political Sociology from Université Paris 7 - Diderot. In addition to roles in local governance, Mathieu Klein has experience in health promotion and social development through various organizations and has worked closely with the PS - Parti socialiste in a cabinet capacity.
