Cheryl Bockhold-Sloan

Cheryl Bockhold-Sloan is an experienced marketing and public relations professional, currently serving as the Manager of Marketing and Public Relations at the Metropolitan Airport Authority of Peoria since August 2019. Prior to this role, Cheryl held various positions at Commerce Bank from July 2012 to August 2019, including Integrated Marketing Senior Specialist and Senior Regional Marketing Specialist. From February 2007 to June 2012, Cheryl worked at the Peoria Area Convention and Visitors Bureau as Client Services Manager and Group/Leisure Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included developing tourism campaigns and maintaining partner relations. Earlier experience includes a role as Marketing and Special Projects Coordinator at Chaddock, where Cheryl planned events and managed the marketing budget, and Public Relations Coordinator, focusing on marketing campaigns and media relations. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eureka College, completed in 2001.
