Thomas Hill

Thomas Hill has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Thomas is currently the Managing Partner and co-founder of Iron Forge Capital, a direct investment fund focused on control investments in the U.S. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President at Metropolitan Capital. From 2020 to 2023, they served as the Senior Vice President for Palm Tree LLC in their Capital Markets group, where they were responsible for structuring financing for middle-market clients. Before that, they held various roles at Banc of California, Opus Bank, East West Bank, Grandpoint Bank, Union Bank, Union Bank of California, and City National Bank. Thomas has a strong background in middle-market financing, commercial banking, relationship management, and business development.

Thomas Hill received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Towson University from 1990 to 1994. Thomas then pursued a Master's degree in International Business and Finance at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 1993 to 1997.
