Robert Brennan

Robert Brennan has extensive experience in the banking and real estate industry. Robert currently holds the position of Vice President/Senior Credit Underwriter at Metropolitan Commercial Bank, where they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Commercial Real Estate Underwriter at Arbor Realty Trust from December 2015 to January 2023. Robert has also held various roles at BankUnited and Capital Trust, where they were responsible for underwriting and closing mortgage loans and investment opportunities. Robert began their career at JPMorgan Chase, where they served in multiple vice president roles, including in the Community Development Group and Real Estate Advisory Group. Robert has a strong background in underwriting and appraisal for various commercial sectors, including office, retail, and multifamily properties.

Robert Brennan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Villanova University, which they attended from 1982 to 1986.
