Matthew Endacott has a wealth of experience in the gaming and entertainment industry. Matthew currently holds the position of Group Director of Business Intelligence at Metropolitan Gaming, where they focus on positioning the business for future sale by driving investments in Business Intelligence and Data Science functions.
Prior to their current role, Matthew worked as a Group Project Manager at Aspers Casino, overseeing the launch of the "Aspers World" casino loyalty program and enhancing tax efficiencies. Matthew also held the position of Commercial Analyst at Crown Resorts, where they introduced innovative methodologies and reshaped player reinvestment models.
In addition, Matthew has significant experience in financial analysis and reporting. Matthew worked as a Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst at Caesars Entertainment, Inc., where they conducted analysis of marketing programs and prepared financial reports for the EMEA region. Matthew also served as a Junior Financial Analyst and held responsibility for daily financial reports and re-forecasting.
Matthew's early career involved various roles at Coral, including Gaming Manager Electronic and Assistant Gaming Manager, where they oversaw casino operations and ensured compliance reporting. Matthew began their career as a Croupier at The Star Entertainment Group.
Matthew Endacott completed their education with a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree with First Class Honours from Birkbeck, University of London, from 2005 to 2009. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Level 3 Corporate Finance program at The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI). Additionally, in 1998, they completed a Certificate 3 in Tourism from TAFE NSW.
