Vincent Spinoso

Vincent Spinoso is the COO of Metropolitan Hospitality Group, LLC. Vincent was previously the Executive Chef/HKM at Great American Restaurants from October 2006 to May 2013. In this role, they were responsible for menu design and implementation, research and development, and maintaining and coordinating kitchen operations. Vincent also managed the budget and balanced food cost, labor, supplies, cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.
