Felicia Dyer Johnson

Felicia Dyer Johnson is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations and product management. Currently serving as Chief Experience Officer at MJHS since January 2022, Felicia has previously held several senior leadership roles at Elderplan Inc. from January 2011 to January 2022, including Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Product Management. Felicia's earlier experience includes the position of Director of Operations for the Long Term Home Health Care Program at Visiting Nurse Service of New York from 2006 to 2011. Felicia Dyer Johnson holds a Master of Science in Health Policy and Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
