Jennifer Babuca

Jennifer Babuca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Operations Specialist and Business Partner at Metropolitan Market since July 2017, Jennifer has also held the role of Human Resources Coordinator within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Search Consultant for the Diocese of Olympia and serving on the Vestry at Saint John Episcopal Church. Jennifer's career began at Sound Transit as a Public Art Coordinator and included a role as a Scheduler at The Boeing Company, where responsibilities included analyzing certification training needs and scheduling classes. Jennifer also managed an eastside location and satellite offices for Budget Rent-a-Car while serving as a Regional Manager at Malco Enterprise. Educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree in Web/Multimedia Management from the Art Institute of Seattle and studies at the University of Arizona.
