Anne Lewis has extensive work experience in various roles at two different companies. Anne worked at the Metropolitan Police from 1994 to 2019, starting as an Internal Consultant and later progressing to become the Head of Portfolio Office and Change Management. During their tenure, they held positions such as Business Change and Benefits Manager, Business Change Manager, and Senior Performance Analyst. Anne'sresponsibilities included providing tools and advice on business change and benefits management, managing the production of management information and analysis, and driving behavior change within the organization. Prior to their time at the Metropolitan Police, Anne worked as an Internal Consultant and Security Information Manager at the Post Office from 1998 to 2004.
Anne Lewis holds a Master's Degree in Operations Research from the University of Warwick, which they obtained from 1993 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics at the University of York from 1990 to 1993. Anne'shigh school education was achieved at Wallington high school for girls from 1983 to 1990. In addition, Anne has obtained certifications including Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, Change Management Practitioner from APMG International, Management of Portfolios from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and Managing Benefits Practitioner from APMG International.
