Karen Graham Obe

Karen Graham OBE has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and personnel administration. They currently hold the position of HR Director at the Metropolitan Police since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Deputy HR Director at the same organization from February 2020 to 2023. Between 2017 and 2020, they worked as the Chief of Staff at the Personnel Directorate, Army Headquarters. Before that, they held the role of SO1 Personnel at the Regimental Headquarters Adjutant General's Corps (RHQ AGC) from 2015 to 2017. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Commander Staff and Personnel Support at the Headquarters Support Command. Their earlier roles include SO1 Manpower Plans and SO2 Officer Policy at the Directorate of Manning (Army) from 2012 to 2014, and SO2 Personnel at the UK Ministry of Defence from 2010 to 2012. In 2009, they worked as the Deputy Chief of Staff at the Defence School of Personnel Administration.

Karen Graham OBE completed their Chartered Institute Personnel Development MCIPD degree in 2009 at CIPD.
