Jocelyn Medina is a highly experienced vocal jazz instructor and voice faculty member, currently holding positions at Metropolitan State University of Denver, University of Colorado Denver, and California Jazz Conservatory since early 2022. With a longstanding role at Bloomingdale School of Music since 2015, Jocelyn also serves as the concert producer and host of the Sunday Vocal Jazz Jam Series, while contributing as a voice teacher and instructor for vocal jazz workshops at New York Jazz Workshop. Additionally, experience includes professional work as a vocalist, composer, and teacher with Running Tree Records since 2005, and prior adjunct faculty positions at La Guardia Community College and The Dalton School. Jocelyn earned a Bachelor of Music in Professional Music with a focus on Vocal Jazz Performance from Berklee College of Music and attended Stanford University for further education.
