Philip Skaff

Philip Skaff serves as a Professor of Nutrition at Metropolitan State University of Denver, a position held since January 2009. Prior to this role, Philip worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Advanced Healthcare of Aurora from May 2011 to May 2016. Philip earned a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Colorado State University between 2005 and 2007, completed a Dietetic Internship through the Florida Department of Education from 2007 to 2008, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Art from Metropolitan State University of Denver from 1992 to 1998.
