Chen-Shuang Wei

Chen-Shuang Wei is a highly experienced Senior UX Researcher currently working at Metropolitan Thames Valley since May 2023, focusing on user-centered design and conducting comprehensive UX studies. Prior positions include Senior User Experience Researcher at Copper.co, where research was organized and user flows were evaluated, and Research Intern at Institut de la Vision, analyzing clinical datasets using advanced statistical methods. Chen-Shuang Wei has also contributed to the development of healthcare products at MedicusTek through user research and collaboration with design teams. Previous roles span project coordination at Industrial Technology Research Institute, user experience research at Primax, quality assurance at Kinsus Interconnect Technology Corp., and academic research assistanceship at Iowa State University. Chen-Shuang Wei holds multiple advanced degrees in digital media design, color in science and industry, and industrial engineering, along with a dual bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and psychology from National Taiwan University.
