Sarah Lout

Sarah Lout is a seasoned Housing Operations Manager at Metropolitan Thames Valley since July 2019, overseeing a high-performing team of six Local Housing Managers in South East Surrey. Sarah has also served as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, providing support and guidance on safeguarding matters. Prior to this role, Sarah managed a private finance initiative scheme as a Neighbourhood Manager and oversaw a mixed tenure patch as a Local Housing Manager. Sarah's experience spans from various positions at Thames Valley Housing Association, including Housing Officer and New Homes Officer, beginning their career as a Team Administrator. Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies and Health and Biology from St Mary's University College and a BSC in Sociology, Art, and Biology from Richmond upon Thames College.
