Joo Lin's extensive experience in human resources includes a decade-long tenure as a Senior Consultant at Global Search Partners Pte Ltd and significant positions at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Kempinski Hotels, and Royal Holiday Inn, where roles ranged from Director of Resourcing & Staffing to Regional Director of People Management.
