Jay Wood

Jay Wood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and management. Currently serving as Fleet Manager at MetroPower since June 2019, Jay has embraced a new role to foster personal and organizational growth. Previously, Jay held the position of IT Business Office Manager at PPC Partners Inc., overseeing multiple companies, including MetroPower. With a long tenure at MetroPower, Jay also served as IT Manager for over two decades, managing the IT department and ensuring technological support across the organization. Earlier career experiences include roles as Computer Specialist at Birdsong Peanuts and Documentation Specialist at W.C. Bradley Company. Jay's commitment to community service is exemplified by ten years as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Albany Humane Society. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree from the Computer Learning Center of Washington and studies at Georgia Southwestern State University.
