Charlie Leachman has accumulated a diverse range of work experience over the years. Charlie started their career as a Field Coordinator/Manager at Bechtel, where they worked on Fiber and Wireless Projects for XO Communications and ATTWS/Cingular/AT&T Mobility. Charlie then moved on to T-Mobile Ops/CSI as a Field Manager in the Miami Market, overseeing contractor work and special projects, including UMTS upgrades and fiber installations. Charlie also played a key role in creating T-Mobile's closeout process/documents. Following that, they joined Civil Solutions Inc. as a Field Manager/For T-Mobile, where they managed day-to-day construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and cost analysis. At Glotel, Inc., they served as a Project Manager, working on site support and special projects before transitioning to New Site Development, where they focused on the construction of new macro sites. Currently, they are working at Metro RF Services as a Project Manager II, responsible for managing and monitoring cost, schedule, and deliverables for invoicing, with the aim of expanding the corporate footprint in the SF market. Charlie'sclients include T-Mobile/Sprint, Volta, and other local telecom customers.
Charlie Leachman attended the University of South Florida from 1969 to 1977, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry. Following this, from 1977 to 1980, they completed the Millwright Local 1000 Apprenticeship program, earning a Journeyman Certification in the Installation of Mechanical Equipment from the UBC (United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners) and the State of Florida. Lastly, from 1983 to 1986, Charlie Leachman studied at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, obtaining a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
