Jana Kořínková

Jana Kořínková is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Deputy HR Director and Head of HR Marketing at Metrostav a.s. since June 2013, where responsibilities include HR marketing, recruitment, talent management, and collaboration with educational institutions. Previously, Jana was a Consultant and Coach at P:DT (Personnel Development Training Praha s.r.o.) from October 2010 to May 2013, focused on HR advisory and tailored workshops. Jana also held the position of Managing Director at P:DT/AchieveGlobal CZ from July 2008 to October 2010, overseeing sales and operations, team leadership, and client acquisition. From May 2001 to June 2008, Jana served as Branch Manager at HOFIREK CONSULTING, managing the Prague office and a team of senior consultants while executing recruitment and HR consulting projects in the pharmaceutical and automotive sectors. Jana holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Charles University and an MBA in Business Administration from Sheffield Hallam University.
