Jesper Almén

Jesper Almén has a solid work experience history. Jesper is currently working as a Delivery Manager at Metry since 2022, where they manage delivery processes. Prior to that, Jesper worked at Atea Sverige AB from 2018 to 2022 as a Service Management Consultant. In this role, they facilitated service management activities. Jesper's earliest work experience was at Inter Terminals Limited from 2008 to 2018, where they worked as a Technical Administrator. Jesper'sresponsibilities included managing documentation, maintenance systems, and updating drawings using Autocad P&ID 2014.

Jesper Almén completed their education in programming at Plushögskolan from 2007 to 2009. Jesper obtained a degree in Programmering C# and specialized in the field of programming. In addition to their formal education, Jesper has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include being a Certifierad Förändringsledare from Astrakan Strategisk Utbildning, a Tableau Data Steward, Tableau Site Administrator, Tableau Analyst, Tableau Author, Tableau Consumer, Tableau Executive Sponsor from Tableau Software, and ITIL Foundation from PeopleCert. In 2017, Jesper completed a course titled "Introduktion till verksamhetsanalys - lyckas som Business Analyst" from Learning Tree International.
