Mark Anderson

Mark Anderson is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an IT Service Delivery Specialist at Metso since January 2002, Mark manages outsourced Service Desk and On-Site Support services for North and South America and develops key metrics to align IT support services with business requirements. Previously, Mark held roles as an IT Area Coordinator, overseeing IT support staff in the Midwest, and as a Network Engineer, managing the entire IT infrastructure. Mark's early career at Nordberg Inc. as a Programmer/Analyst focused on business systems programming, particularly in manufacturing and ERP systems. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
