Shruti Iyer

Shruti Iyer currently works at Metta Social as an Impact Engagements manager, handling project design and implementation, evaluating NGO proposals, and leading the Metta Manthan webinar series. Previously, at Give, Shruti held positions as an Associate Manager for NGO Partnerships in Corporate Social Responsibility and Workplace giving, as well as roles in Retail giving. Shruti also worked at Make A Difference as a Transition Readiness Strategist and Shelter Support Fellow. Additionally, Shruti has experience as a Technical Writer at Applied AI Consulting and as a Volunteer Coordinator at Forbes Marshall. Shruti holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's Degree from Fergusson College.
