Charlotte Heard is currently the Managing Director at Mettle Studio Ltd., a product design agency focused on innovation and technical delivery. Charlotte has experience as the Customer Director and Head of Insight and Experience in a freelance capacity, leading successful projects for global healthcare solutions providers. Prior to this, Charlotte was the Co-Founder Lead at Tandem Bank and worked as a Consultant and Senior Research Associate at FreshMinds, specializing in market assessment, new product development, and research practices. Charlotte holds a 2.1 degree in Physiological Sciences from Balliol College, Oxford University.
