Tom Walker is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at NatWest Boxed since March 2023, Tom previously held the position of Director of Engineering at HeliosX Group, where significant improvements in recruitment and team expansion were achieved. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager at Big Health, where Tom managed the UK engineering team and successfully delivered the "Daylight" Anxiety product. Earlier roles included Head of Technology at Gardenia Technologies, Global Delivery Lead at Credit Suisse, Development Manager/Architect at Argus Media, and Vice President at Barclays Capital, where Tom drove substantial performance enhancements in product development.
