Carl Philip

Carl Philip is the General Manager and Head of Thornton PO at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc., a position held since January 2018. Prior to this role, Carl served as the Head of Sales for the Americas and Business Area Manager for Particle Systems Characterization at Mettler-Toledo AutoChem from March 2004 to December 2017, overseeing the health of the Particle Systems Business and collaborating with channel organizations to launch products. Earlier career experience includes serving as Site Manager at Mettler-Toledo AutoChem and Operations Manager at Northwest Signal Supply, Inc. Additionally, Carl was an Assistant Engineer with the Military Sealift Command from 1992 to 1997. Academic qualifications include an MBA in General Business from Oregon Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
