Amanda Ryan

Amanda Ryan is an accomplished pastry chef with extensive experience in various culinary roles. Currently serving as a Pastry Chef at Metz Culinary Management since August 2022, Amanda has previously worked as a Cake Decorator for Military Deli & Bakery Services and held a position as a Content Writer intern for FINE magazine™. Additional experience includes roles as a Pastry Chef at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services and Baker II at The College of William And Mary, where Amanda managed high-volume pastry production and developed new menu items. Amanda began a career in the industry as a Pastry Extern at Sugar & Spice BakeShop. Amanda holds an AOS in Baking and Pastry and a BPS in Business Management from The Culinary Institute of America, along with an Honors diploma from Lincoln High School.
