Carrie Edwards, MS, RDN, LDN, serves as a Clinical Informatics Specialist at Metz Culinary Management since May 2016, focusing on healthcare and retail systems development, implementation, and training to achieve client and operational goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety. With extensive experience as a Clinical Dietitian and in various leadership roles in nutritional services, including previous positions at Geisinger Health System, Extendicare, and Community Health Systems, Carrie has a strong background in nutrition support, patient assessments, and staff education. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Misericordia University and a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
