Kelly McGovern

Kelly McGovern currently serves as an Attorney at Charles J. Hilton & Associates, P.C. since April 2024. McGovern previously held the position of Associate Attorney at Metz Lewis Brodman Must O'Keefe LLC from May 2023 to October 2023 and served as a Senior Associate at Frost Brown Todd from August 2022 to May 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Contract Attorney at CNX Resources Corporation from October 2016 to August 2022 and as a Certified Legal Intern at the City of Findlay's Prosecutor's Office in early 2016. Additional roles include serving as a Legislative Policy Analyst at the American Legislative Exchange Council and as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Gregory Frost at the U.S District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Kelly McGovern earned a Juris Doctor degree from Ohio Northern University Claude Pettit W. College of Law and has also studied at Georgetown University Law Center and Colegio Mayor Universitario de San Pablo, along with obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
